6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms will be confirmed during the booking process or upon issue of an invoice. Any late payment arrangements, deposits or staged payments for larger jobs may also be set out separately when relevant.
7. Service Standards
We aim to provide services with reasonable skill, care and professionalism. Cleaning outcomes may vary according to the age, condition and existing state of surfaces, furnishings and fixtures. We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent staining, wear, damage, mould penetration, discolouration or deterioration that falls outside normal cleaning work.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the use of this website or any enquiry submitted through it is limited to direct loss reasonably foreseeable in the ordinary course of events and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of profit or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied to us by a third party.
